Join me in my oil painting studio in real time as I experience autistic bliss while painting and listening to music. I started oil painting at age 10, which I now know was because I am neurodivergent. I love my monotropism while painting and getting completely lost in the process, which is both soothing and stimulating at the same time-- and a good dopamine release! As someone who is both autistic and ADHD, my experiences are often complicated due to the competing traits.
